Cosmetic Surgery Using Laser

Bridle called the fold of skin that connects the glans to the main body of the penis. When the bridle is short in length then this condition is called short bridle.

A short bridle at rest does not cause any kind of problem or symptom. When erect, however, it causes a feeling of pain and if it is particularly short, it causes continuous flexion of the glans. Consequently, sexual intercourse becomes quite painful and bleeding due to rupture may also occur.

The cross-section of the short bridle using a laser is done with local anesthesia, takes a few minutes and, above all, does not require the placement of stitches, as is done with traditional methods. The aesthetic result is excellent, due to the excellent healing offered by the laser and the patient returns to his sex life almost immediately.

Gagging it is called the condition in which the foreskin, i.e. the skin that covers the glans penis, is either narrow or closed and leaves a small passage for the exit of urine.

The gagging results in the foreskin not being able to be pulled back to fully expose the glans either when the penis is at rest or erect.

Phimosis can be congenital or acquired, that is, it can appear during a man's life. It can be caused by inflammation of the glans and foreskin, by injury during sexual intercourse, and it can also be the result of a systemic disease, such as diabetes mellitus.

Phimosis can cause pain during sexual intercourse, painful erection, recurrent local inflammations, inability to urinate with perfect obstruction and even penile neoplasm in rare cases.

The basic treatment for gagging is surgery and either foreskinoplasty or circumcision is performed. The surgical procedure using laser is done with local anesthesia, it is bloodless, lasts less than conventional surgical techniques and offers the patient a rapid recovery and immediate return to his daily life.
